Mikado Diamonds is giving free custom design services to the next five approved customers to expand our online design options. Custom design services normally cost $299.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The metal must be 14k, 18k or platinum.
• Custom design is only offered for diamond engagement rings.
• The center diamond must be at least 1 carat.
• It must be an original design. Rings you’ve seen can be used as inspiration, but it can’t be the same as a model available somewhere else.
• You must be ready to proceed with design and production within the next 30 days.

I want free custom design. How do I find out if I’m eligible?

• Fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
• You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to discuss your design ideas.

What is the next step?

• We will arrange a phone call to understand the specific requirements of your ring.
• If your desired ring meets the requirements of this program you will be provided a price quote for the ring. The quote with free custom design is good for 7 days.
• If you decide to proceed, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This is applied towards the final purchase price. The deposit is to ensure you are committed to proceeding.
• Our designers will begin generating digital renderings of your ring.
• The renderings are usually completed within 72 hours and you will be able to review them and make final changes to the design.
• Once the final design is approved at least a 50% payment is needed to begin production.
• Typical production time for custom pieces is 2-3 weeks.
• The remaining payment is due upon completion.
• Your ring will ship fully insured with signature confirmation.
